The Product Sales Executive forMagnetic Resonance is a field-based sales position focused on sellingdiagnostic imaging products, specifically MRI. This is an excellent opportunityfor an individual that is highly competitive, desires top income, works well ina team-selling environment and strives to win and be successful. We aresearching for top sales professionals looking to build their own franchise withuncapped earnings potential.

Location: Atlanta, GA geographic area(must reside within this area)

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for thenext step in their career. As a Product Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:• Providing deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio andadvices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options howto use and integrate Siemens products effectively.• Developing, building, and cultivating effective relationships withkey stakeholders within your assigned customer organization.• Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plansto ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.• Assisting management in devising sales plans and strategies,develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.• Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan basedon changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.• Providing deep technical knowledge in MR space, advise both salesand customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens MRIproducts effectively.• Remain current with MRI trends and market landscape.• Train and guide internal colleagues on these current MRI trendsand narrate key talking points.• Effectively use Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration,communication, and to drive growth.• May initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitatethose team activities.• Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example,penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).

Required skills to have for the success of this role:• BS/BA in related discipline and 5+ years' experience in MR sales,marketing or clinical role specific to MR; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.• Success in building and sustaining effective customerrelationships.• Senior professional-level expertise, with extensive functional,commercial and/or technical knowledge in MR space. • Ability to integrate analysis, development, testing andimplementation.• Deep professional know-how and experience in MR; to effectivelytransfer and apply know-how to/in various contexts. • Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Abilityto improve existing processes and approaches.• Approximately 33% Travel required, within territory.

Preferred: • MRI sales or medical capital equipment experience, • Sales experience selling in hospital environment, and • Experience carrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.• Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling,Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
