Build and lead a new team, develop portfolio segmentation and governance, embed regulatory/trade requirements, run network modeling and scenario analyses, and align cross-functional and regional stakeholders to optimize cost-to-serve, capacity, and resilience.

Lead analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain performance, identify cost and service improvements, develop forecasting and inventory strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and track KPIs to drive operational efficiency.

Lead global supply chain network design and intercompany operations through scenario modeling, digital twin analytics, and business case development. Optimize footprint, manage InterCo flows, ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and mentor staff while collaborating cross-functionally to support growth, resiliency, and cost/service trade-offs.
