The Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing & Digital Compliance - AFH is responsible for supporting our mission to create best-in-class digital experiences for the B2B audience. Specifically, this role is responsible for how AFH products show up on Distributor's eCommerce sites (Sysco, US Foods, DOT, etc.). This role owns product content management & syndication to distributors (images, copy, product data), and reporting on all compliance scorecards. The role serves as a digital thought-leader and is responsible for connectivity with BAP & Sales teams and for bringing digital recommendations to our distributors in JBP & top-to-top forums.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Process management: Own AFH eCommerce product content management & syndication
- Vendor management: Responsible for managing content syndication vendor. Owns vendor communication, timeline planning, and task delegation to develop and syndicate AFH eCommerce content in a timely manner.
- Digital Shelf Strategy: Oversees long-term digital shelf strategy for AFH including understanding content effectiveness & Perfect Screen integration.
- Reporting: Manages weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting cadences for various internal and external stakeholders
- Customer engagement: Manages relationships with AFH distributor content management teams. Also act as digital thought-leader for other customer engagements (UX, personalization, taxonomy, etc.)
- Marketing: Work with BAP & Sales teams to help provide strategy/best-practices on distributor media & other marketing activations
- Test & learn: Partner with brand teams and digital shelf analytics partner to test product content opportunities and understand how content changes impact distributor search rankings & conversion rates
- Emerging Channels: Manage C-store and emerging channels content syndication
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in a related role

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
