Seeking an Account Executive (AE) to drive bookings for revenue through prospecting and winning new logos while managing growth with existing customers. Must possess deep knowledge of Alchemer's solutions, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and experience working with senior executives.

Provide immediate and amazing service to customers worldwide, champion customer happiness and success through patience and technical skills, handle technical and non-technical issues, work in a team environment, escalate complex problems, participate in product enhancement, provide internal support, continuously improve service quality, provide on-call support, become a subject matter expert, and uphold customer service metrics.

Maintain and support Alchemer customers throughout the customer lifecycle, drive renewals, develop best practices, and ensure customer satisfaction. Establish trusted advisor relationships and identify improvements for customer experience.
