Dental insurance

AllCampus provides affordable PPO dental plans through BCBS.

Disability insurance

AllCampus provides employees with 100% company-paid disability coverage. The plan covers 60% of an employee's weekly salary if an employee is unable to work due to illness or disability.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows employees to put aside funds annually for medical expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Health insurance

AllCampus offers three BCBS IL plans (PPO, HMO, HSA). Each plan covers annual in-network preventive care at 100%. All Campus also contributes up to $750 annually into a Health Savings Account (HSA).

All regular, full-time employees may accrue up to 18 days of PTO per year. Employees may accrue additional PTO, depending on position and length of service.

Paid volunteer time

We adjusted our PTO policy to allow for all employees to take time off in shorter increments, allowing them more wiggle room during the day to support their child's virtual learning environment. In addition to encouraging employees to take time off to be with their families, we recently partnered with a third-party wellness company to provide employees access to daily live and on-demand wellness and health classes as well as the opportunity to book same-day telehealth appointments.
