They engage in solution discovery, quoting, and product training, with a focus on consultative solution selling and technical expertise in various networking technologies.

The Senior Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving profitable sales of assigned products and services, providing sales direction, mentoring team members, collaborating with Product Development, and performing financial modeling for transactions. They possess 8-10 years of technical selling experience and have a background in financial analysis and contract management. This role requires excellent sales and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to translate customer needs into relevant solutions. Work is performed in an office environment with occasional client site visits.

Lead the Data Engineering team to design, build, and maintain the CBTS Data Lake. Develop ETL processes, APIs, and data sets for reporting. Collaborate with Analytics team and ensure optimal technical delivery of data solutions.

Assist with complex accounting tasks including researching, resolving, recording, and documenting technical accounting issues. Lead month-end close and reconciliation process, fixed asset management, financial analysis, AR and AP process oversight, and special accounting projects. Requires 6-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
