The Program Associate (PA) will support initiative directors in designing and operating initiatives. Responsibilities include budget management, grant proposal review, communication with stakeholders, and scheduling meetings. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms. Salary range is $80,000 per year with adjustments for location.
