Dental insurance
Convene offers two dental plans through United Healthcare.
Disability insurance
Convene pays up to 60% of an employee's weekly salary for a maximum of 25 weeks for Short Term disability; for Long-term disability it is until employee is no longer considered disabled.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Convene provides a Healthcare FSA as well as a Dependent Care FSA through Discovery Benefits.
Health insurance
Convene offers 3 different health insurance plans through United Healthcare. Convene also funds an HRA at 50% of the plan deductible ($1,425 Employee only & $2,850 for Employee plus all other tiers).
