As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely investigations into coverage, liability, and damages for each claim assigned to you. You will actively manage each claim to produce the most timely and cost-effective resolution. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel, support data collection efforts, and provide insights for continuous improvement of claim handling processes.

As a Risk Engineer (Underwriter), you will be responsible for the production of premium through proper risk underwriting and effective distribution of our insurance products. You will collaborate with teams from engineering, design, data, and operations to develop management liability insurance products that brokers are eager to promote to their clients.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with broker-partners. You will drive strategic initiatives to unlock new revenue opportunities and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to scale the company. This role requires sales experience and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Counterpart to brokers.
