Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business needs and ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards. Anticipate and prevent issues, drive risk assessment, and communicate project/program plans and status to management and cross-functional teams.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Ops Technical PMO team in fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage team performance and training to ensure business results of assigned projects/programs. Collaborate and bring program leadership to highly complex cross-functional Ops Programs from inception through commercialization. Establish strategies, advise, and communicate project/program plan and status to management and cross functional teams. Partner with functional leaders and team members to drive Ops critical path program activities across all departments.
