The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with the IT team to implement IT policies and procedures. Full-time Help Desk Support Specialist remote position in Vermont. Responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions, supporting end-user computing, and providing excellent customer service. Requires Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 2-4 years of PC hardware experience, and Dell EMC tech direct certification.

Responsible for designing, planning, maintaining, installing, and monitoring the district instructional and administrative wide area network (WAN). Establishes district standards and methodologies in cabling, infrastructure design, and implementations. Provides support and recommendations for network solutions. Monitors and maintains performance of district network and network utilization. Participates in installing network hardware and software in off-hour settings.

The Pressman will operate the offset press, work on offline machines, provide backup support on the digital press, follow production schedules, maintain quality control, collaborate with team members, perform routine maintenance, and assist in training new team members on press operations.

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud. Automate tasks using scripting languages. Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration of cloud solutions.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting network problems, and ensuring network performance. They will also be responsible for installing and configuring network hardware.

The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. They will troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, provide excellent customer service, and document all calls and tickets. The technician should have strong working knowledge of PCs and laptops, as well as networking components and operating systems. Prior experience with ticketing systems, Windows systems, and mobile platforms is preferred. This is an entry-level position.
