One of the benefits of working for a smaller company like Everyware is that your colleagues begin to feel like extended family. Everyware honestly values the well-being and success of each employee. Standard benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Recently we introduced a mental health and wellness program that includes Classpass, a monthly fitness incentive, and access to Talkspace and other mental health support programs. All employees are encouraged to devote time to learning, growing, and developing their skills, and Everyware will provide financial support for learning and development tools.
