This EHSS Specialist position supports EHSS and PSM compliance for the assigned location. Responsibilities include employee training, data collection, report preparation, inspections, and ensuring plant compliance with regulatory criteria.

Responsible for overseeing plant operations team performance, focusing on safety, quality, production, costs, and employee development. Directly manages process operations team, collaborates with other managers, maintenance, and engineering teams. Accountable for safety, personnel development, and operations costs. Reports to Plant Manager and provides technical supervision to Process Team Leads.

The job may require physical demands, including travel, lifting up to 20 lbs, after-hours/weekend work, and on-call availability.
