As an Evening Digital Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for solving customers' problems via email/chat for a variety of clients. You will work closely with leaders to improve software and operations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsible for delivering large and complex features quickly, while becoming an expert and owner of significant sections of our codebase. Will work across the entire technical stack, including front-end and back-end development, DevOps, and integrating machine learning and data science tools.
