As an Associate Fashion Apparel Designer at Hot Topic, you will assist in creating apparel for various categories and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and integrity. Responsibilities include sketching, trend research, and product development.
Manage production process from conception to finished product for Hot Topic brands. Develop sourcing strategies, analyze business needs, negotiate costs, handle vendor communication, and ensure timely approvals for components. Attend meetings with buyers to address production issues. Manage and train direct reports for continuous learning and growth.
