IntelyCare offers life insurance through UNUM. The plan contributes up to 1x annual salary up to a maximum benefit of $250,000 for basic life insurance coverage.

IntelyCare offers a VSP Vision Plan which features a $10 copay for regular 12 month exams and $25 copays for Single, Lined Bifocal, and Lined Trifocal lenses.
