Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Kin + Carta offers national PPO & HMO coverage though Delta Dental. Both plans pay provides 100% preventative care (includes oral exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride treatment).

Disability insurance

We offer employer-paid STD & LTD. STD has a benefit amount of 60% of your weekly earnings up to $1,500 per week. LTD has a benefit amount of 60% of your monthly earnings up to $10,000 per month.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Kin + Carta's FSA offers that employees contribute to: Flexible Spending Account, Limited Purpose Spending Account, Dependent Care FSA, Transportation, & Parking.

Health insurance

Kin + Carta offers a national PPO and two HDHP plans through BCBS. The HDHPs have an HSA with an employer contribution up to $1,000 per year.

Life insurance

We offer company-paid AD&D and life insurance up to $50,000. Employees have the option to elect additional Life, Critical Illness, or Accident Insurance for themself, spouse or child.

Pet insurance

Kin + Carta offers “My Pet Protection” insurance from Nationwide which helps you provide your pets with the best care possible by reimbursing you for vet bills.

Vision insurance

We offer national vision coverage through VSP which provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams after a $10 copay, lenses covered after a $25 copay and frames and contact lenses are covered up to $130
