Health Insurance - We offer health insurance with Employee Base Premium 100% free and Dependent base premium 95% paid by NEXT. This includes medical, dental, and vision premiums. Time Off - NEXT wants all of our employees to take needed time off to rest. We offer employees 11 paid holidays, 15 days of paid vacation, and 6 days of paid sick leave. All new parents are eligible to take 8 fully paid weeks off after birth or adoption.
