High school diploma or GED required. On-the-job training provided. Full-time onsite role with weekend availability required.

The Farm Shift Manager will lead production operations on multiple farms and shifts within a vertical farming facility. Responsibilities include driving production KPIs, operating and troubleshooting farming technologies, analyzing data, ensuring safety guidelines, communicating effectively, and managing team members.

The Harvesting Operator at Oishii Farm Corporation is responsible for managing stages of the strawberry plant life cycle, operating new farming technologies, supporting packaging and distribution, collecting information and data for continuous improvement, and ensuring plant and people's health and safety. The role requires hands-on work on the farm with a focus on strawberries.
