The team is creating a student-centered learning environment — providing access to trained tutors who have an emphasis on STEM — that prioritizes accessibility in myriad ways. The dedication to education extends inward, too, through resources such as stipends and study groups. “I’ve been lucky to have peers and managers who are supportive of learning and growth, and I’ve been able to use the learning stipend and department resources,” said Data Engineer Sreela Das.
