The Data & Analytics Lead at Polygon Labs shapes the data and analytics roadmap, collaborates with teams to drive strategic initiatives, and communicates data insights effectively to stakeholders. This role requires at least five years of experience and a strong skill set in SQL and Python.

Assist in people strategies and programs, manage onboarding and offboarding, serve as first point of contact for contributor questions, maintain internal knowledge base resources, assist with system audits and clean ups, draft contributor documents, maintain contributor data, and identify areas for improvement.

Support a lead Cofounder/Executive of Polygon Labs by performing administrative tasks, managing calendars, scheduling facilities, assisting with events/engagements, and mentoring junior admins. Requires 3-5 years of direct executive support, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, experience with Notion and G-Suite, and previous startup or tech environment experience.

Support a lead Cofounder/Executive of Polygon Labs by performing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel, submitting expense reports, and mentoring junior admins. Requires 3-5 years of direct executive support, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and experience with Notion and G-Suite. Startup, tech, or Web3/crypto background preferred.

As a Polygon Success Manager at Polygon Labs, you will be responsible for engaging with builders to drive adoption of Polygon blockchain technology and ensure their satisfaction. You will analyze data insights, manage relationships, mitigate risks, and serve as the voice of the customer within the company.
