Managers submit nominations quarterly. We firmly believe team members who go above and beyond to make Gtmhub a success should share in that success. Granted options vest over a four-year period.

Performance bonus

We run bonus reviews quarterly - team members are evaluated on values alignment and extraordinary performance and receive bonuses up to 25%. We budget for the max bonus amount + see average around 15%
