The Customer Success Manager owns key work streams, manages project scope, drives customer ownership, builds customer relationships, and leads cross-functional teams. They are a trusted advisor who strives to understand customer needs and challenges. Responsible for managing day-to-day product and solution support, ensuring successful customer adoption, building customer relationships, executing product implementations, mentorship, supporting business growth, contributing ideas to enhance marketing efforts, and identifying opportunities for expansion with existing customers. Requires strong academic credentials, 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in technology, product management, or consulting, collaboration with senior customer executives, presentation skills, proactive management of multiple tasks, intellectual curiosity, exceptional leadership skills, and fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
