The Designated CSE is responsible for delivering world-class customer service and expertise to customers located in strategic locations. This role involves support, service-related activities, customer technical accounts management, integration, consulting, training, support, and professional services. The position reports to the Director of Technical Services and requires understanding customers' business and requirements.

Engage new prospects and develop existing clients in the assigned region and account territory. Work with compelling enterprises in the software-defined storage space. Collaborate with alliance and channel partners in vertical markets like Service Providers, Media, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Cloud firms.

The Sales Engineer in India will support Account Executives in pursuing business in the region by qualifying opportunities, enabling sales teams, engaging with customers, delivering product presentations, and architecting solutions. They must have experience in enterprise infrastructure solutions architecture and sales engineering, with a passion for providing optimal solutions to customers.
