The Campaign Support Analyst (CSA) works collaboratively with the client and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing campaigns. They design, create, and execute complex multi-channel Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and serve as a subject matter expert on client's data sources.

The Account Director is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for clients. They build strong relationships with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and drive profitable results. The role requires a strong understanding of clients' businesses, brands, and customers, as well as competency in data-driven and strategic marketing approaches.
