The Lifecycle Services Representative (LSR) will be responsible for managing customer support renewal opportunities within assigned accounts, consulting with account teams, providing strategic renewals pricing, participating in the sales process, and managing IT support infrastructure and support needs after renewal sales.

The Account Executive at Trace3 is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities for technology solutions in various core competencies. They lead meetings, assess client needs, and identify the best products/solutions to meet those needs, driving business line revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

Lead the Managed Services team in solutioning service components, assess opportunities, and identify best-fit offerings to meet customer requirements. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to help qualify Managed Services opportunities and ensure quality responses are delivered to account teams within expected timelines.
