At WSE, the team comes first, which is why we are loaded with organization-wide events. Regular happy hours, game-days at major sporting events like the LA Dodgers and LA Lakers, cross-functional connects, an annual holiday celebration, and more are routine at WSE. In support of our initiatives surrounding Diversity, Equity, Inclusions, and Belonging, our Diversity Council provides spaces to better the people's experience through multiple cultural events and opening lanes to connect. This includes employee resource groups for women, BIPOC, and more. We also have quarterly community-centric philanthropic events as part of our “Wave Gives Back” program; professional development opportunities; a New Hire Buddy Program to ensure newest team members feel at home; professional development programs and opportunities, and so much more. And, yes, we have a kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks.
