o At Würk, we take work/life balance seriously. In addition to offering unlimited PTO, we encourage employees to request their birthday off each year. We also encourage employees to take “Mental Health Days” when needed. Because we value overall wellness, each Friday, we host a free and virtual Yoga & Mindfulness session for all employees. Employees can also claim points through our employee recognition program, Bonusly, for completing certain wellness awards; for example, walking over 50,000 steps per week or drinking over eight glasses of water per day. These Bonusly points may be redeemed for a variety of gifts and donations.
