At AlertMedia, customer success isn’t owned by one department — it’s a company-wide priority. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

The 150-person company aims to hire an additional 25 employees by the end of the year.

AlertMedia added nearly 250 companies to its customer base amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It plans to use this funding to innovate its platform and hire another 20 employees to meet this demand.

AlertMedia is growing at an amazing pace as it doles out its notification software to more customers. We took a moment to talk to members of the team about how supporting their mission has resulted in so much growth. 

We spoke with engineers at five Austin tech companies about the most interesting challenges their teams are taking on — and the tools they leverage to make it all happen.
