Roche Molecular Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Santa Clara, California. The role involves designing and developing complex, enterprise-scale software systems, performing full-stack development using Java, Spring, and Javascript, and leading a medium- to large-sized team with limited guidance. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.
Assess systems architecture, recommend solutions, install and support statistical computing environment products, perform server administration, align servers across Business units, analyze current IT and SAS technologies, monitor progress, assist with capacity and disaster recovery planning, perform regular backups and implement best practices for backup processes.
