As a Tactical Operations Coordinator - Propulsion, you will be responsible for resolving short-term capacity issues, coordinating with multiple departments and suppliers, improving delivery performance, and implementing corrective actions. This role requires 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering and excellent communication skills.

Supervise a team of Tactical Operations Coordinators handling supply chain issues and business transfers in the automotive industry. Lead conference calls, resolve supplier delivery problems, improve supplier performance, and work on product development teams. Requires 75%+ travel and strong communication and leadership skills.

Lead the process development of electrode coatings and mixing for advanced battery cell programs. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for all aspects of coating operations. Collaborate with JV partners on process optimization. Procure and qualify equipment for coating processes. Ensure manufacturing and design requirements are compatible. Leverage external technical collaborations on coating development.

Support the Low Speed ADAS team in integrating, developing, testing, and debugging Low Speed ADAS algorithms. Responsibilities include developing building blocks for ADAS features, integrating models into test environments, creating test cases, debugging issues, and performing systems testing.

Performing Software flashing on Bench for different sensors, executing Test cases at Bench/Vehicle Test level, configuring ADAS sensors, demonstrating a good understanding of CAN/Ethernet protocols, and having good Driving skills.

Participate in system test activities, design and develop PC based tools using Python/C++, system requirement analysis, test case preparation, and execution on bench and vehicle platforms.

Responsible for underwriting risks in a book of business within specific limits of authority. Handles a Middle Market International book of business across multiple locations. Reviews applications, determines risk acceptability, prepares quotes, and maintains agency relationships. Requires advanced knowledge of underwriting and insurance industry practices, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
