As the Director of Product Management at Huntress, you will be responsible for leading and driving the success and expansion of our flagship EDR product. You will work closely with the company founders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams to set the product strategy and implement a SaaS offering that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure online.

Design, develop, and maintain impactful software solutions. Write efficient and scalable code. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development processes.

As the Director of Solutions Engineering at SpotMe, you will lead technical pre-sales activities for new logo acquisition and expansion. This includes demoing SpotMe products, providing technical pre-sales and solution engineering support to the sales team, creating supporting assets for key deals, and driving technical discovery sessions with customers. We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role at a growth/scale-up stage SaaS company, and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, video and event management products.

Drive SpotMe expansion by building trust and relationships with stakeholders within enterprise accounts, owning the adoption of new business, and retaining/upgrading existing annual contracts.
